The All Airline Cabin Crew Cooperative Housing Society (AACCCHS) was established in 2005 with the objective of providing affordable and convenient housing solutions to cabin crew of all leading airlines. The AACCCHS is fully authorized society bearing registration no. KR 1823.The Phase I of the scheme is located at a short distance of 15 minutes from Jinnah International Airport Karachi. Spread over an area of 20 acres, the Phase I has been fully leased out and developed within a short period of 4 years.
Considering the overwhelming response to the Phase I, we applied to the Chief Minister of Sind for Allocation of 100 acres of land. The CM Sind accepted our request and granted the land through Land Revenue Department. Phase II is located is adjacent to DHA City Karachi and Education City moreover, it is located in close proximity to upcoming land marks of Agha Khan University, SIUT, Ziauddin University, and SZABIST. Bharia Town is at a distance of 10 Minutes from our society.
