Phase II Development
Initial Development work of Scheme II has been completed approval up to Block Demarcation. Water boring accomplished sweet water is available for initial needs, Staff quarters, Site Office have been completed, further development is going on rapidly. Surrounding Projects such as D H A New City, Education City, Habib University, Sir Syed University, Gadap Cadet College have also started their developments. Because of it, there is lot of development activities underway to make the area live able. Scheme II’s layout plan was underway for approval, which has been approved by M D A vide Letter No. MDA/MPD/Deh-234/2011/754 Dated 08.03.2013.

1, Communication: Express way has been announced by Sindh Govt to connect Present D H A and D H A New City. This will allow easy and convenient access to the area.
2, D H A City has started their developments and announced to make the area livable for 10,000 families around 2015. Whereas We plan to lease Plots to our valued members who clear their dues by 2014 as we are ahead of D H A New City in Development work.
3, SIUT has announced their upcoming project conceived by Dr. Adeeb Rizvi. This Project will bring new value to the area.
4, Agha Khan University as already announced their future university in the area.
5, Sir Syed University has also announced they Campus in the area in coming future.
6, Gadap Cadet College is another valuable educational Project underway in the area.
7, New Ports University has also announced their campus in the area and development work is going on.
