We have very good and important news for all members of our Scheme II. There was no proper road
access to our Scheme II from the Super Highway and we have been making all efforts to get a proper
road access since we got the land possession and made our Boundary wall covering all 100 Acres.
We have been making Kutcha Road and maintaining it for a long time.
Now the Sindh Government has finally approved a development plan and has allocated a fund of
Rupees One Thousand Million for the construction of roads and refurbishing of roads and
construction of some Flyovers in different areas of Karachi. In the newspapers of 29th September the
details have been reported in this regard. You can find this news in the daily “Jang” of 29th
September 2016 on page No. 2. You can also find this news in other newspapers of the said date
A sum of Rupees 59.8 million has been allocated and funds have been released for the purpose of
Road access from Super Highway to Khairpur Town, which is on our right side of Scheme II, and It is
Expected that Tenders will be called in this month i.e. October 2016 and after which the Access Road
construction will start, making it easy to reach our Scheme II in a short time.
